MiniVegas are a collection of live action and animation directors based in London.
We had these guys present us some of their groundbreaking work here at Sid Lee yesterday. Their interactive broadcast idents for TV channel S4C, react to the voiceover of the tv host speaker, giving unique and different idents everytime. Very inspirational work and a great site over at minivegas.co.uk

Buck NY + LA short films

Specializing in design-driven creative, Buck’s directors and artists use animation, visual effects and live action to collaborate with clients, from concept to delivery, producing work that is visceral, innovative, and diverse.
Buck has always been one of my favorite motion studios out there. The NY office just created a small short film giving a insight on the people that work there. I really love the color theme and the analog stop motion style. I’m always amazed when agencies or studios can find the time and energy to do such self promotional projects. Diggin’ in the crates

I made a small change to the categories on the site. From now on there will be 2 work categories: work selected and work other. The first one speaks for itself, the other category will contain experimental, unfinished, just for fun, old and dusty, sweet and crappy, basically projects and artwork that I’ve been involved in over the years.

Julien Vallée

Julien Vallée is graphic designer working out of Montréal. He does some incredible analog design work, with heavy use of paper and stop motion technics. He was just chosen as one of the finalists to this years ADC young guns. I especially love his motion work which cleverly mixes his analog style with digital manipulation and graphics.
